    IS THERE ANY PLACE TO GET BAIT AND TACKLE IN LAKE CITY? IF THERE ISN’T HAS ANYONE THOUGHT OF OPENNIN ONE UP?

    The real estate prices in that town is costly.

    I checked into it a couple years back

    there are a couple but one of the most popular is on the main drag about 1/4mile north of the landing. pizza shop & bait AND they deliverto the landing if you are on the water pizza AND bait!!! Watch out, they get mixed up on anchovies…

    It is called “Big Bear Pizza”, right on the backside or the grocery store. Minnows, leeches, and maggots (not on the pizza). Minimal lures jigs and other stuff.

    Last time I checked the had no stink bait or tubes. Nothing for cat fishing and the lady had no idea what I was talking about

    I would think someone could clean up with a quality store in that town

    You can also get bait/and some tackle at the US gas station right next to Burger King on the main drag.
