Good mourning,
We are headed up to Walker to fish on the 22nd of Sept. I was wondering about the road construction on 94 or 494?? We head up North on 35, then either 94 or 494, and cut across at Clearwater, then on up to Leeche, first time poster, all on this web site is good. Any help would be appreciated.

Got on the water at noon and instantly had the first fish on. No more eyes for a while but a pile of JUMBO perch between 11 and 12 inchs kept us busy. We moved deeper about 3 o’clock and found a few more willing eyes. At 6 o’clock we went on the hunt and started running after checking a few areas a large hail/ ice pellet storm moved in so we sat and took that for a half hour. Sdecideing that the eyes had to be followin the large school of perch we located earlier we bheaded back to the location of the first fish as the sun begun to set it was game on in about 15 minutes we put 5 in the boat snap jiggin, but that was all she wrote on the jigs at dark we began to pull stick bait under the full moon and were rewarded with 2 more fish all totaled 40 perch 3 pike 13 eyes. Not a bad day considering the temps went rom 69 to 59 in the 10 hours we were there!
