Any of the teams really surprise you yesterday? I was a little surprised by how easily Chicago handled the Falcons.

Hoping the Patriots crush Miami tonight. Raiders vs Broncos I don’t really care about I guess.

    Opinions?

I would add the Steelers implosion with 7 turnovers against the Ravens. A game that normally is very competitive was a one-sided affair!

I only watched the first half of the Bears/Falcons, and was a bit disappointed. Being a Bears fan, I like watching them win of coarse. But I wouldn’t go as far as to say the Bears “handled” the Falcons. From what I saw, about 1/2 of the Bears Offensive line still needs major improvement. Cutler is working with new receivers and they still are a ways from being on the same page. A number of mental errors killed the Falcons and a number of times, they were just a play or two from turning the game around

Detroit will be a team of destiny if they get a few things worked out. I really thought they would blow out T.B. I was surprised that game was so close.

Bears impressed me as did the Ravens.
The Bills looked pretty good too.(Or was it the Chiefs looking THAT bad???)
BUT, it was only week 1,so we’ll see.
Every year a team starts out ON FIRE and sputters out quickly. AND every year a team starts out slow and around mid-season,sets it on fire…..

As a Bears fan I was happy to see the Bears do what they did. Sure some things to work on still , but I actually would agree that they easily handled ATL. I was expecting that game to have the scores flipped. Cutler Looks MUCH improved, so for all the Natl. Media that pissed him off at the end of the season and questioned him THANK YOU!

The Ravens Manhandling of the steelers shocked me. that game never shockes me either team could win and it always is close.

The Vikings shocked me… that they were able to hang in that long with that bad of a game, and still almost pull off a W.

Detroit is always a team of Destiny. Their Destiny is to always under achieve. Sorry until we get to division games and real contenders I’m not going to be impressed. It’s kind of like being shocked that the Lynx are making this run. AFter a few #1 picks, and Even more top 5 Picks EVENTUALLY you have to start winning right?

You are going into a circle all your own on G+. And you will be very lonely all by yourself.

How about all the kick return TD’s this week. At least 5 now with Decker taking one back for Denver.
    Sproles
    Cobb
    Harvin
few more that I can’t name
    Decker

And Janikowski ties the NFL FG record hitting a 63 yarder. It’s going to be a great NFL season, well as long as someone knocks the Packers out of the playoffs!

I’m use to that. Hey I support all other MN sports. But I had to pick one team that new what a championship was.

Are you kiddin me??? A RAIDERS WIN over the donkeys is always a good thing…I’m thrilled!!!

I’ve said it before the season started, and I’ll say it again now- the Lions will win 8 or more games this year. Our Ndamukong Suh has brought a positive feeling to the team and culture and it appears that it’s spreading. Very good to see, and I’m expecting good things.

I also said, before the game, welcome to the new AFC south champs…..your Houston Texans. They’re hot and getting hotter. Mark my words.

I’m a cutler hater, so I’m shocked that they win any games with that crybaby.

As for the Pack…I think they’ve got the best chance to repeat that we’ve seen in quite some time. They’re real, they’re good, and they’re always in position. Gonna be a great game between them and the Lions if you ask me.
