    Hi Everyone,

OK, I am looking for an air compressor to inflate my tires year round ( truck, car, trailer, bikes, lawn tractor ). I have looked around quite a bit and have heard varied feedback. I do not need for tools of any kind, just a good quality tire inflator. What have people had good luck with ?

    Thanks.

small and portable air compressor and priced right

I have that exact model and it’s perfect for what you are describing
I would recommend upgrading the hose to a more durable rubber hose though, the plastic coil hoses that come with all of the small compressors are really cheap and will break/leak at some point.

check out the small egg shaped 6 gal units at both menards and home depot.. i have both the rechargeable portable model and the 6 gal until.. the portable units are nice to throw into the car and for emergencies..but the egg unit is very handy at home for filling tires ect and the blower works to clean out the garage..good luck

If you have a 19.2 volt Sears battery, check out the inflator that works with it. You can set the PSI and walk away while it inflates. It is not for high volume jobs but is sure convenient for airing up a tire or two at a time.

Thanks. I got a sweet deal at Home Depot for a 3 gallon while comparison shopping. We shall see how it holds up. At least I got a 2 year warranty.
