Alright guys I need some help. I used to live in MN where the hunter safety was need if you were born after 1979 I’m now living in WI where its after 1973 I think. Either way I need my hunter safety and I think it’d be a good thing to have gone through anyway but all I can find is classes 2 nights a week for about 8-10 weeks. I work in Mpls and cant always make it from there back in time on a regular basis like that. Are there any other option out there for me or should I just realize I’ll never be able to hunt here and not put the boat in storage until the ice freezes over.
    Thanks for any help.

Have you tried looking online for a class?

As an adult you can take the online course and do the field day with any other class that has space.

Check the DNR website for the on-line FAS class.

The classroom class geared to kids is required to be a certain number of weeks and a maximum number of hours a day. DNR requirements what can you say.

    Good Luck

Online is your best bet. then it’s just a matter of finding a class that you can hop in on their field day.
