Looks like the NWS has most of the metro under a flash flood warning. Yippy! Here we go again!

Once again it looks like we will be spared in Richfield. Which is good, because I don’t want my foxes wet or my white boxers.

Whoops, I may have spoke too soon. Although the Flash Flood warning cuts off just to the north of here, Minnetonka just fed some moisture to a cell that is headed right for me.

Darn it. I was hoping to hit the river this weekend and have the water conditions be stable.

Wonder how the Croix fishing league is going tonight. It is a bummer my daughter has gymnastics tonight.

I’ve been giving Jesse txt updates since 4:30. At 6:30 I was telling him about the HEAVY rains and now would be a good time to get off the river.

His reply was “that it’s nice and dry by the train bridge”.

I hope he made the move to the 94 bridge. Might not catch as many bass, but it would prolly be drier.

    Holy Soaker!

Every time a wave comes through it’s another 1/4 to 1/2 inch!

On the 11pm news, Dave said that the metro, (mostly north metro had 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inches.
South metro did not have much.

I honestly think the “GOOD LORD” is punishing Minnesota for shutting down the state, build and ark!!
