I bought a neat, old fish finder at an auction and I don’t know how it works. It is a Lowrance fish lo-k-tor LFP300 and there is no manual for it. If anyone knows how it works I would really like to know.
    Thanks.

That could be a collector. Its a flasher, one of the first ever made. It probably dates back to the early 60’s. Turn it on and adjust the sensitivity and suppression until you get a solid bottom reading. Thats pretty much it. Those units were primarily used for depth. Did it come with a transducer?

Yes, it came with a transducer. It was actually 2 but only one transducer. They each give a different reading and I dont know which works right and which one is broken. Both have a solid line but one has more lines in different places below the bottom and the other has less lines above the bottom. One might be working right.
