ido down for maintenance?

    Is anyone else having trouble getting on. When I try to access IDO on my lap top I get the message “CLOSED sorry, we’re currently closed for some maintenance. We’ll be back as soon as possible. Please check back soon. Thanks”. The problem only happens on my lap top. This post is from my phone.

    Not doing it from my laptop. At least not in the past 45 minutes.

    clear your IDO cookies

    I’m guessing you’re using MS Explorer.

    Clear your cashe in Explorer and then clear your Ido cookies…

    Not doing it from mylap top, seems to be working fine.

    Go To “My Home” and click on “My Cookies” in the Maintenance section. Then click on the “Expire Cookies” button. Note – you will need to log back in after you clean your cookies.

    I can clear the cookies on my lap top and the IDO cookies with my phone but when I try getting on with the lap top I only get a white screen with the the message above.

    Try clearing your browsers cache
