    My question is the heck does this have to do with conceal and carry?

    You mean other than the ability to defend yourself against somebody attacking you or your family?

    I’m not sure but I think state parks are one place concealed carry are not allowed. And Wisconsin State Fair is a Wisconsin State Park.
