Looking for a female Black Lab

Time for another upgrade here at Vacationland – what’s a good ol’ fashion Minnesota resort without a lab of some color roaming the grounds, going door to door lookin’ for handouts, laying around the office, playing fetch with anyone who will throw something, rolling in dead fish brought in from the lake, dock jumping….the list is endless. It will be 2 years in Sept. that I put my last lab down, so ‘I think’ i’m ready for the puppy process again .

So, I’ve had a black female, yellow male, now wanna go back to a black female. If any of you know of some recent litters that will be ready soon or ones that are ready now, let me know. I’m 50 miles NW of Alexandria, but will travel for the right dog. Not big into bloodlines and pedigrees or thousand dollar dogs. Just need a dog that will hunt and enjoy the resort life. TIA

I have a 4 month old yellow male. There are a couple hours every day where I would probably be willing to pay you to take him. The rest of the time, he’s an awesome dog. Every time I deal with a puppy, I say I will never have another. Then they become a good dog and you forget about the bad parts of having a puppy.

Here she is…named her Lindy – 9 wks old. Big thank you to Drew Evans for the heads up on this pup. His dog was the sire. Seems to be accepting the role as ‘resort dog’ quite well… she makes a nice little greeter.
