How are the Frabill Storm Suits holding up after a nice wet and stormy summer? I was looking a the pics of the Rainy Lake GTG and they seem to be pretty popular.

    Dry? Durability? etc…..

My Frabill “Storm Suit” has held up perfectly. With that being said I haven’t had to put it on recently, but surely will have it back in action towards the end of August through October!!

No Leaks, tears or anything. Well worth the $$!! I assure you as the cool wind, sleet and Man’s weather of fall roll in you’ll be happy your in a “Storm Suit”.

This spring my very, very old Fenwick suit started to leak in the bibs while on Rainy Memorial Day. Trip to I-falls and Sportsman Service I bought a Frabill suit.

Two weeks later, those bibs leaked! The good news is the store replaced them no questions asked and the second pair are perfect. Any product can have occasional issues, it is how well they stand behind their product that counts!

My Fenwick suit had been worn so much it was like not having raingear on, so the new stuff at first seemed a little bulky. Now that I have everything adjusted, it is the bomb. If you hate wearing the hood (like me) you will love the cool collar adjustment that lets you seal it off around your neck.

I spent an afternoon at Cabela’s a few weeks back comparing Guideware and the Stormsuit. I ended up buying the Stormsuit, I liked several of the adjustments the Stormsuit had that the Guideware did not. Whatever decision you make I recommend comparing suits side by side. Good Luck…

I’ve had a storm suit all summer and it has performed flawlessly. I was a Guide wear guy for the past 7 or 8 years and I must say the Storm suit is a step up. I know it’s a pretty big investment but staying dry and comfortable all day is priceless.
