Kudos to Tom Watson who got a hole in one today at The Open. If the guy could make a 5 foot putt he may be in the lead. He’s only 6 back heading into the weekend. They are forcasting wind and rain tomorrow and that fits his game to a tee. (pun intended)

It’s also nice to see Tom Lehman having a nice couple rounds at -2.

P.S. BK this is a post about golf, so go back to the catfish forum.

Golfer’s play with Sticks too, maybe thats why its still here?

I give that explaination to the many that ask why I need more than one? Just like when you Golf, you don’t take just one-club! I goota have my Panfish rigs; my Walleye rigs, my Pike/Muskie rig or two and then of course my many Bass Rigs

If Watson could have done that his whole career, he may have surpassed Jack’s records!!! He may have missed one of those to cost him the Open last year…

My ideal of “shooting golf” is shooting the ball off the tee with my prairie dog rifle

I dont understand what the guff is about. Its the same as fishing…You stand there with something in your hands waiting for something to happen. catch a fish or put for the cup (both can be equally boring at times.

They are both the best outdoor things to do that you can enjoy the weather and scenery, and believe me the scenery can get pretty good while golfing ..

So for all you golf bashers,,,just remember, you are missing out on some of the most man made beautiful country in the world..its not all just about chasing a ball…
