    i took mine to scheels in ec on friday and had a bran new rod waiting for me on monday. i think any st croix dealers will send them in for you

    Dean Marshall, he’s still the man. Broke mine and he took care of me, thanks Dean. Still has the “Dean’s tackle box” not saying this is exact name.

    My dealer wanted me to send a defective pole in and pay the shipping. ($15) After I just spent $240 for it?? I only used it for the MWC tourney on pool 3-4 last month. I lost 2 walleyes (assumed) on it when it kept cutting my line. I wasn’t to happy. He ended up taking it in and hopefully sent it in.

    I would also try Dean first. Buddy of mine has broken 2 St.Croix Avids and Dean hooked him up both times. Dean is always willing to go the extra mile for you, and knowing from personal experience-will ship directly to your home. Awesome customer service!
