All I can think of with CONFIRMED quad access is Birch Grove by Valhalla in Washburn county. It is a Fed campground with no power situated between two lakes. However I was there last fall and the lakes have all but dried up and no longer support fishing. The wheeling around there is spectacular. I highly recommend that area for wheeling. Sorry I cannot help you with fishable lake part.

I’d call them first as the big storms came through and many are not accessible or without power or both.
