This is for you big water guys! My second set of swivel eze pedestals are pretty much done. Looking for quality shock absorbing pedestals for driver and passenger seats that will last longer than a year.

best i can tell you is that i get two years = about your same endurance mark out of Springields.

i’ve been thinking of sending them back to the factory at the end of each season to replace the seals.

luckily for me i use them at their lowest on my small boats.

will tell y ou more after i get them up and running on my two big water boats…

I spent the coin on the “SmoothMoves” and it is worth every penny. The guys at SmoothMoves did a great job setting me up and making sure I had the right mounting configuration. Very simple product and works great. They were at one time a sponsor on this site (may still be).

I will second the opinion on the smooth move seats. Put one in a few weeks ago on my drivers side (hope to add a second one next year) and I love it. I have been very impressed with their product!

    I will 3rd that sentiment.

You asked for “big water” opinions….Overkill if you spend time on river and most lakes, but worth every penny if you spend time on big water…good luck….
