I think any yard tool that uses a battery are worthless. They may be good for the first time but when you do not use the battery all the time they go quick. Just ask the guy down the street that bought a 18volt weed whip and now wants to borrow my gas one.

    I purchased a 36v B&D and couldn’t complete the yard (small)

with a full charge. They wanted about the same price I paid

for the complete setup for a new battery so back it went.

I went with the 4 stroke.

I own an older 18V cordless ryobi weed whip and it takes care of my yard (.25 acre lot, fully fenced, house, two stall garage, and terrace between neighbors drive) no problem, takes 2 battereies if I only do it once a month.

I have owned a Worx as seen on TV for the past 2 years.

I would give it a 10 for trimming and a 9 for edging.

All one has to do is remember to let the battery pack cool down after usage before charging and it will go for a long time.

If it died tomorrow, I would get another.

My 2 neighbors saw mine work and also bought one.
