Xbox 360 4GB Console with Kinect

    Anybody have one of these? I have the opportunity to buy one fairly cheap and I’m just wondering if it’s worth the investment.

    How much? My boys say not much memory if your a gamer, you can store about 4 games. Kinect is cool but not many games.

    $225. I’m not a huge gamer, but I like to plug in the Wii or PS2 once in a while when the kids aren’t playing them.

    I don’t know anyone who has been happy with 4 gig memory. if you’re not huge into it its probably not a big deal. memory is always upgradable if things change. kinect is fun.

    Not that price with a kinnect I don’t think, that’s an extra $150 value so I think this is a pretty good deal. 4 GB memory is not a lot but if you aren’t saving a lot of games, you are fine.

    I have the 360 with 4GB memory and no issues, though I really only use my xbox for playing Call of Duty online with my buddies.

    No they are 299 with the kinect. I assume it’s a slim model, of so it’s a little short on memory imho, but that can be fixed later with a memory stick, or adding the HD, for around 100. I personally love it, Netflix, Hulu and gaming are all awesome, you will spend $40-50 additional each year for Xbox live so you can get online, but it’s money spent, and microsoft does a great job with the xbox.

    We actually have 2 xbox’s one Kinect, it’s fun I actually wish we used it a little more.

    This is coming from a kid who owns an x-box.

    Kinect and X-Box are a blast no matter what you play. But 4gb of memory is nothing. You will go through it a lot faster than you think you will especially with sports games and COD.

    With that said you can probably find an extra memory “card” for it cheap online.

    we have the 4gig and its all we’ve needed. we have dl’d a few demos here and there. if you find you need more, a hd for the 360 is 100 bucks. can be cheaper on ebay. just wait to see if its needed, if its so, buy the hd.

    our 4gig with kinect was 300 at best buy.

    The wife pulled the trigger and got some dance game with it. The kids have been dancing their rear ends off and laughing at the pics.

    I’ll have to wait for a weekend where the wife and kids go out of town so I can try that COD game.
