Cheap refridgerator repair?

    It is probably the thermostat, jumper it out and see if it stays running

    Make sure the condenser coil is clean, jumpering the stat out makes sense as long as it’s not one of the electronic models.

    Also it may have a condensing and or evaporator fan that’s going out.

    Defrost circuit not working would cause the evap coil to frost up too.
