where in the south metro for truck topper repair?

    my topper has three doors, one of the locks is froze up, and the main door, the lock cylinder fell out.

    to replace the cylinders, is this something i can do at home? if not, any place in the south metro recommended?

    In South St. Paul near 494 and 7th Ave. there was a topper place. Not sure if it is still there.
