With the open water spinner bite starting on most bodies of water I happened to come across an excellent tip for storing and efficiently making crawler harnesses even while on the water! The tip is courtesy of Joe Okada and it’s easy to see how he is rising up the ranks of the walleye pro’s. Check out the video it works slick so i thought i would share.

Also if you like his crawler harness video and do any jig fishing you also might like his jig storage system. Here is a link:

The jig tip was a new one for me. I’ve been trying out the spinner storage tip and it works great but plan to really give it a workout on Green Bay next week. It will be nice to change up to the hot color of the day without tying a whole new rig or finding one already tied with hot colors in storage.

excellent way to keep them untangled and easily used. I also use this technique for storage.

Ha! Nitro i just replied to your PM. We will be there the same dates next week Thurs thru Sunday, returning Monday. Weather & wind forecast is setting up for an awesome bite during our stay. We smacked them down really good last year at this same time and expect this year to be as good or better. It sure will be nice running 6 lines to setup a pattern.
