phoyem MinneapolisPosts: 363 May 19, 2011 at 3:25 pm #967187 I learned how to do it pretty easily by simply searching “boneless northern pike 5 fillet system” on youtube. Northern pike, in my opinion, are some of the best tasting freshwater fish out there and love keeping fish in the 22-30” range.
bret_clark Sparta, WIPosts: 9362 May 19, 2011 at 3:45 pm #967188 5 Piece fillet video Hope it helps. My self I fillet them and cut them into steaks leaving the y bone in the fish. After frying or however cooked the bones pop right out of the larger pike, 32-34inch fish is what I prefer to eat.
