Just saw a doe with a new fawn about 1/2 mile from my house. Seems very early for one to be born already. It couldn’t have been more than a few hours old, it could hardly walk. Took a couple of cell phone pics after it crossed the road with mother. Tried to lay down and hide in the grass, even though there wasn’t much. Could hear the doe down in the woods snorting away.
