    Mornin’
I have a snap-on cover for my 18 foot Tracker boat. It has seen better days. The sun has really taken its toll and to add to it, it won’t fit over my new trolling motor. Can anyone recommend someone in the LaCrosse area to do a custom cover for me? What are your thoughts on the snap on type?

Hey Cpetey I have just the guy for you. I had Flynn’s Custom Boat Covers Plus make me a cover 5 years ago and it works great. He was recommended to me and is on 2707 George St in La Crosse Behind the Kwik Trip across from the McyD’s. My boat sits in the garage so can’t vouch for UV resistance but it goes on and off quickly and travels well when I have to take Bret on “road trips” to give poor Marianne a break. It is a snap on type with a cord that runs all the way around to snug up at the bow and is made to go over my trolling motor and reinforced at spots that might wear. Shoot me a PM if you would like to take a look at my cover and I can give you some more info.

I second Flynn’s. They made quite a few covers for our customers. Quality work.

I think it was about $300 or so about 5 years ago.
