Made a big impact on my day. Nothin’ like a spiritual kick in the pants! Thanks.
A truly rapturous rendition of a great Gospel song. My reaction was a breathtaking welling of emotion. However, I am curious, is failing to capitalize ‘thou’ in the title, whether conscious or not, a strategy or merely luck in avoiding the dreaded and almost certainly fatal ‘religious post’ classification? To my way of thinking, the pronoun Thou is the only word in the post’s title that absolutely warrants capitalization. Or maybe the fact that it has survived the dreaded sensor is more a matter of an exception made to the stated policy. If that is the case, I fully understand because, as a matter of fact, my response to this post is precisely that, an exception to my own recently implemented albeit unstated policy! Oh well, off with my head! I have already steeled myself against the much feared sensors sword by dwelling on the imminent migration North, to my beloved VerHalla, which Thou hath created!
We need more style and class like this in the music industry today…
Ive seen Vince play guitar before and he puts just as much passion into it as Roy Clark could..Great job on both sides .
Carrie is just drop dead pretty also.

Holy How Great THOU Art! That gave me Holy Ghost bumps!
I’m betting that voice is a just glimpse of Heaven. Unreal!
Amen to that post Steve…
I think I’d rather sing a duet with Carrie than even fish with Al Lidner…

Who’s Carrie married to ? Can’t remember wish it was me .
that would be Mr. Carrie Underwood, plays hockey somewhere.
She’s got some serious pipes, but Vince Gill is the man. Guitar virtuoso (he held back in a big way), and makes whoever he sings with that much better with his harmonies.

Mike Fisher and he was traded to the Nashville Predator’s.

My family and I were watching that the other night on TV. When she started the song, I was wishing Vince was in the lead vocal role, as this is a great song for him. But when she hit those notes at the end, that was truly awesome.
Thanks for posting Steve!
My wife dragged me to a Rascal Flatts concert at Wrigley Field two summers ago, the opening act surprisingly was Vince Gill. I was in heaven. Once RF started, I hit the head as my night was fulfilled.
Vince is one of the alltime greats and Carrie Underwood just nailed this song with him. Not bad for an American Idol gal!!
