Thanks to everyone for the feedback on the 12 volt trailer winch. I do have a bit of a medical problem but it sounds like I would be better off just dealing with it.

Again….Try a 2 speed winch, rated for more than your boat weighs.
I have issues also (To the point I could no longer fish alone) and this worked very well for me….
