Ice

I think the east side has been froze over since friday or thursday. Not so sure about the west side. Good luck if you go out and stay safe.

Bob there has been people walking out from the eastside. I have heard nothing and seen no tracks from the westside as of yet. I will try and get you a ice thickness tomorrow..

Did you happen to get out there and check the ice?

Sorry I was unable to make it out to get the ice check been real busy at work lately trying to keep up with the Christmas rush.. Pretty much getting my handed to me..
But word around town is it is not very safe and again this year it may just be one of those years you might wanna know the lakes you tend to do some poking around on..

Quiet all right. I’m probably not gonna head out till after the 1st. Hopefully it’ll be thick enough by then.

Caught this nice crappie on Clearwater today.
I also managed 8 decent gills.

Ice is way thick at 34 inches.

The bite was a bit slow, but with a little coaxing, there were a few biters!
