Bob left work early today (Big Surprise!), and decided to give Clearwater a shot. Being Bob he didn’t print a map, I am guiding him to spots via telephone right now, he is on the northern basin just north of the island. He is marking zilch in depths from 30′ to 51′. Anybody been out lately that can point him in the right direction?

Fish are suspended near west side of Bungalo. Try the 6 foot hump, fish in 30-34 fow, fish should be suspended 12-20 fow under the ice – glow the jigs up with 2 eurolarve.

I ran out there on the wheeler after driving back from the cities and talking to Bob via phone he is on the fish and we will see what his results are hopefully this evening yet. I know while out there with him his vex was lite up nice but he was having problems getting them to take his bait..He was going to wait it out into the evening and see if the bite changes..

Anyone know if BJ’s is still going to keep their road open after all this snow?

I would like to try there this Saturday, 3-3 if the roads are open.
Otherwise it will be tough getting around out there.

Thanks for the help yesterday guys. After cutting a ton of holes I finally did get on some fish, but not much for size, and the bite was very lite.

I was happy to help. Wish you would have got on some good size fish but there will be more days to come for that. Did you stick it out in that spot I met up with you at?
Or did you go over to the second spot I pointed out?
Next time you come out give me a bit more notice and I will come out with you and bring the VS-560 and see what we have down there..

I found fish in the 1st place that I started, not where you and I meet up at. Those I found right at dark. Where you and I meet, I was on fish there but they were all small, so I moved. I did go over by that perm house and fished for a while, but the results were the same, all small. Thanks again
