Today I was out fishing.

I was out today and unlike alot of you guys with all of todays new toys I only have a old Lowrance and when I say old I mean alot of you probably have never seen these old flip open boxes Lowrance made. But it suits me fine and it still catches fish today.
I was fishing out on Clearwater in 48 feet of water,and caught a meal of crappys for the family. It was nothing fast and the size were nothing to brag about but the 8 I took home all were in the 8 to 10 inch lengths. I could have easily walked off the lake with my limit but I was only out for tonights meal. I sure hope this weather sticks around for a bit sure is nice having a sound breaker out there while fishing on the ice.

As for your old Lowrance I am familiar with them. Is yours the green box or brown??

I used the old green box flasher for years, always worked great, just had to know what you were reading!
