Hi everybody! Finally got the move done, now entrenched in the beautiful area near Rhinelander. Got settled in enough that I can finally get out and explore some water near home and was wondering where a guy can get decent bait in/near Rhinelander? Living just east of Moen, just south (10 mi) from Three Lakes chain.
Any feedback and/or a fishing report would be great!
    Thanks IDO!

I cant remember the name of the place but there’s a good bait shop on the eastern edge of Eagle River right off the main highway if you ever decide to head over that way

theres not hardly any bait shops in rhinelander. the shell station on 47 by the old ford dealership sells bait and tackle. you could go up to lake tomahawk as there is j&j’s and captain hooks. the bait shop in eagle river on 70 is guides choice pro shop, bait and tackle there. minoqua has plenty of places too.

    Reverend:

I will check with Rhinelander guide Scott Biscobing and get back to you. nettmann was pretty much right on as far as I know, but I am Minocqua… Lake Tom’s bait shops are good; here’s some more in no particular order:

    Ray’s > St. Germain
    Townline Sports > Manitowish Waters
    Kurt’s Island Bait > Minocqua
    Rollie & Helen’s Musky Shop > Minocqua
    RK’s Sports > Minocqua
    Northern Highland > Boulder Junction
