Sand Lake, Rusk County

Going on a fishing trip here this weekend. Anybody on here ever fish it? It’s a small, deep, and clear lake with weedlines out into 15 ft. of water. Ciscoes I hear are the primary baitfish. Does this sound like a body of water where walleyes would suspend out in the deep chasing ciscoes? Max water depth is 100 feet I believe…

Sounds to me like some Reef Runners and Deep Tail Dancers are in order. I fished a lake like this a few years ago, never been on it before, and everything was suspended out there and willing to bite!
