I’m looking for some info on the TFF. I’m looking for a campground in the area with electric hookup. I’ve got a slide in camper and boat so would like to be able to charge batteries and run the AC without having to run the generator…
Also any tips or areas to stay away from would be appreciated. I have a 17′ flat bottom so I’ll be staying away from the big open areas, fishing mainly bays or points. It’ll be just the wife, dog and I… she likes to northern fish, I’d like to try for some walleyes or crappies… We’ll throw some spinners and spoons for the northerns, any ‘go to’ color? Guessing bright, white, gold, and red? For the walleyes just a jig and 1/2 crawler, or is a leach under a bobber better.

Have never been on the open water here before, but really looking forward to next week though.

give Joe Miller’s resort on Lake Bastine a call, pretty sure they have sites w/electric available.
