have any of u guys heard of Big Wood lake and Little Wood lake in Burnett county? we fished it last year but we cant find any resorts or rentals on it, do you know if there are any resorts on this lake or if you can rent a house on it?
Nothing on Little Wood. The luther point bible camp has a nice cabin for bigger groups on Big Wood but no drinking. Other wise the only other place that is close and nice would be The Lodge or the Best Western in Siren. There is not any ice house rentals in the area that I know of if that is what you are looking for. Let me know when you are going, my old man and my uncles fish this area alot. They have been finding monster gills and decent crappie out on long trade (atlas). But access can be little tricky. Good luck finding a place to stay! 
Yuo can stay in grantsburg at the hotel too. All I have ever caught was small to med size panfish.
It gets toons of local pressure. Alot of other lakes with much better fishing.
Yeah, but for the extra ten minute drive I would NOT recomend the grantsburg hotel. JMHO 
And agreed not the best lake for panfish.
