anyone ever ice fish big green lake?

    i will be up in malcolm bay in a few weeks and hope to haul a hand auger, fl8, and a bucket of stuff to try my hand at their panfish. don’t have access to anything to get far out there…figure stick to fishing around the docks. let me know if there is anything i should know or if its even worth it!..

    Never have but would like to. You can rent a shack and go for Lake Trout. Make sure to have a Trout Stamp if you do.
