Gov. Doyle vetoes non-resident WI boat sticker

    In approving the final form of the WI state budget, Gov. Doyle vetoed a provision to enact a $15 annual sticker for non-residents to launch their boats on WI waters.

    His veto statement was: “I am vetoing this provision as it may serve as a deterrent to tourism.”

    kinda suprising, this guy will stop at nothing to squeeze a buck out of anything he can get his hands on….

    I think property tax,And Non resident tags are high enough
