Looks like I’ve found me a challenge…………2 outings on Cedar and 2 skunks! Sure was a nice day to be on the water though!……………..shoulda gone on the river I guess! Oh well, knowing the “blind squirrel hasn’t found a nut” in two outings, I feel like it’s a dare to TRY and figure this lake out. Many have said it’s a hard lake to fish………I think we just need to disect the data and get on ’em!
as you know I’m not the sort of guy who would make fun of your misfortune… 
so I figured I’d help analyze the data
skunked huh? mystery huh?
… I reckon there’s just no pumpkinseedds in that there lake
or maybe all the fish are just IN the lake instead of up in the trees where your lures spend all their time
sorry I couldn’t resist 
Hmmm, Mr. SFluke doesn’t know you very well Still! If he did he would know to replace pumpkinseed with the haloed sheephead and since I spent the better part of a day instructed you on how to get lures out of trees, your lures do end up in the water.
But, Super, he does have a hard time with the Baldfaced Hornet in July. I’m going to catch a backlash now! …Did I say “backlash?” 
Well,………..to tell the truth Brian……….I had a “less than steller” day showing any casting expertise with SuperFluke. I remember nailing more shots than missing but you know how it is in the boat…………..and all the days in between moments of redemption! 
As much as I’d like to say he’s right, I was mostly trolling and I wasn’t casting anywhere near shore………..too shallow and weedy in this lake. I was working breaklines and no………….no snags either. It was a day to silence the critics……….but then again…………..isn’t that how it goes when you’re alone?
Anyway…………Brian………….Fluke’s got one more all day outing with the Pup and holding his own quite well…………you might want to join forces for “future play”. 
I’ll get back to you on the Pumpkinseed report Flukey………..they’re a very mysterious query and severely underappreciated for the challenges they present! 
Now……….where’s my boat???
