Made it out with two coworkers after work today to target some slabs. It was a good day but also a wet one. The winds were blowing around 20 mph and a steady rain to boot. We deployed a drift sock and proceeded to run our slip bobbers 3 feet down over 6 feet of water. The bite was not fast and furious but we did manage a nice limit between three guys and a 17 and 1/2 slab that my bud Troy is going to put on the wall. With the high water on the rivers I know where i’ll be spending my time.
