I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Fox River in Green Bay and not only are there fish to be caught but lots of trophies. The Wisconsin Bass Federation had the 4 man Classic and it took nearly 60 pounds for 4 guys over 2 days. Many decided to run out in the big water but the river produced not only some nice smallmouth but also other species. Northern, Rock Bass, walleye, sheephead, and of course some nice smallmouth. Prefishing we caught one over 5 pounds and several 3-4 pound fish. Best spot to fish is anywhere current runs off of shore or right next to it. White tubes and crankbaits. I for one plan on going back to get some pictures before the year end.
Good Fishing!
