trying to stay away from the ‘Croix this weekend. I realize the lakes will be busy too. Anybody ever do any good on this lake? Sounds like it’s good for muskie. Jeff Jerry: Is this where the big one came from? 
Yeah SteveO………….it was stated in the “Trash Fish” thread on the Croix forum that Cedar was the home of that fantastic catch. Need any help out there??? Am available the entire weekend if any (ahem!) assistance would be handy!

this is cool because I have NO idea where the launch (or the lake??!) is.
Just wondering if you guys had any luck on Cedar. I’ve fished it before and it can be a tough body of water on most occasions.
We had an incredibly tough day but I think after having an outing on Menomin with Don Hanson on Labor Day, I’d like to go back there and apply some of the same techiques and strategies he uses so successfully on Menomin.
Maybe I’ll get another shot at it this Sunday………we’ll see.

No chance in getting out there last weekend but looking at Sunday as another possibility. I’ve heard it’s supposed to cool down so we’ll see how things work out.
