Black River Question

    A friend of mine will be camping this weekend at Little Falls Campground just south of Black River Falls. What type of fishing should he prepare for ?

    sorry this was late.
    smallmouth and muskie swim in that stretch of river. walleyes too although they are tough to catch in the dog days. let us know how he did

    Thanks SteveO,,,I sent him off with the info to rin a crawler on the bottom and you can’t go wrong !!I’ll see him again tomorrow.

    Well,,,smallies,catfish,carp,moon eye, rock bass, they had a blast …he said just the thought of picking up a muskie on a spinner bait or a crank bait kept the excitement up the hole time ..his kids had a blast …he will be getting me some pictures soon and I’ll scan them and put them up to show.
