Middle and Lower Eau Claire Lake, Douglas County

    I was up to the Eau Claire Lake Chain over Memorial weekend and I figured I would throw up a few pics.

    We fished both middle and lower lakes, and let me tell you the bass in these lakes will eat anything!

    We were chucking Nuckle Balls with ringys and catching nothing but bass we started a little bobber fishing and we caught bass then we tryed a little musky fishing with some big honking baits and we caught big honking bass…

    The place is loaded with some really nice fish! I never got into the bass fishing much so heres my biggest ever 20″

    I have never caught a bass I could fit my hand inside its mouth and not touch the sides! I did have fun but I sure was missing the walleyes

    These lakes are so so clean… Im used to my mississippi milk! I was freaking out cruzin in 5 feet cause I could see every rock!
