All I can say is the fishing is awsome right now, Sautrday the morning bite was on fire, jigs with bait seemed to be working the best. I found better quality fish when I went extremely shallow and sight fished. I was able to get around good on a atv with 5 to 7 inches of ice depending on the lake I was on. I got to use my real weeds this week and I am finding out with my fishing style they don’t impress me, I don’t sit in one spot long enough to make these effective for me. I had a good bite in the Rain Sunday morning, it was kind of miserable but the fish are biting.
