I fished both of the clam lakes, and they are decent bass lakes, with good northerns also. Didn’t try for walleyes. It has been about 5 yrs since I was there, so I don’t know if they’ve changed much. Hope this helps some.

which clam lake are you talking about? if its the one in burnett county, i have some information on that, its a great lake, big pans and plenty of nice smb and lmb, pretty shallow and very weedy, most of the lake is 5 to 7 feet deep, with a couple of deeper holes, up to 14 feet, there are eyes in this lake, spring and fall are the best, i caught my second largest walleye of my life out of this lake, 29.5 inches, large fish like this are fairly rare out of here, but it is fishable for eyes, gets a ton of pressure especialyy on weekends has plenty of resorts on the lake. I like fishing it during the week, i hope this helps if it is the clam in burnett county.

Yes, it is the one in Burnett Co….I really appreciate hearing all I can find out..I’m really glad to hear there are walleyes present, and you are the 2nd person to tell me they caught a very large walleye there…I probably will buy this place, so all the info I can get, I really appreciate….Thanks again….
