    fished the river last tuesday 4/1/03 was a warm day and the little ones were hitting….did catch 6 that were 14″. not keepers….the river is really low so be careful if you are going there to fish

    Great handle for a river rat (propbuster). Thanks for the report and the warning on the low water. This latest snow is going to melt fast and may raise the rivers a little. Keep us posted on that section please. We can use some more traffic on this forum. Are you able to take some photo’s to post. Oh and by the way welcome to the site. Steve

    Heading up to Neekosa the 7th thru the 10th. can anybody tell me the water temp.? Can’nt wait to get on the water! thanks and tight lines to all.

    Reporting back! Fished the river Tuesday thru Thursday three people boated 87 eyes 20 being legals,all males the biggest ones being 18 to 19 inches.Fished Tuesday night from 3:00 until midnight, last light they really came on until we need some sleep!Also caught 5 more legals thursday morning.floaters and yellow hooks rigged with lindy sinkers where the best.Caught alot of under sized fish on jigs.

    Thanks for the report wallyliner. maybe a person neds some floaters with yellow hooks. The only thing that I’ve been catching is red or white suckers. Steve
