Whent out at about 10:00am,when we got to the power plant i whent to my spot right next to the discharge and no more than two minutes later a rent a cop told us to stay 200ft away or they will call the police and coast gaurd.Sorry i said as the anchors whent up and then she said good luck so we moved and after an hour we boated about 20 small ones wich are big time bait stealers.Nothing big within another half hour so we moved again.And over another hour were out of flatheads so on to shiners.Fished shiners for another 45 and cam up with three two about 17 and one 22.That was the end of that,not a bad day except the terrorists had to keep me from my hot spot, amazing how far this is going.Good luck to all and god bless.

P.S. The big ones will start to move in soon also the water temp at the launch was 32 and at the discharge47 what a change water still not as clear as it sould be.Heres some pics.
