smallie fishing in Little Sturgeon Bay

    Hi guys,

    I’m looking for some info on smallie fishing in Little Sturgeon Bay…I’ve never fished that water before, but I recently relocated from the Madison to north of hte Milwaukee area and I’m only a couple hours away from little sturgeon. I’ve heard the smallie fishing up there has gotten tremendous in the past few years, but I’ve spent most of my time running up to Chequamegon Bay outside of Ashland in the spring to chase em up there.
    So I’m interested in finding out any and all info on Little Sturgeon….from where to put in to what to use in the spring to where the concentration of fish are, etc., etc.
    Any help would be awesome.

    Also, anyone know any good muskie or smallie fishing closer to Milwaukee??? Say within an hour or so?
