Is Lake Elizabeth/Twin Lakes WI worth a bass trip?

    Hello everyone,
    My son wants to go and check this one out for some bass fishing next weekend. It is close to my house so we can just run out and fish for few hours. Any comments on this lake.

    I think Powers Lake would be better. Lots of recreational traffic on both. Lake Elizabeth is awfully shallow.

    Twin, Powers and Geneva all good lakes for bass. Elizabeth and Powers should be easier to work for the first time on the water there. Lake Mary should have a free acess at the public beach Lance Park and Powers has a DNR/Township launch on the east end by the taverns. Bait shop right in twin lakes across from the train station.

    Thanks for your posts,
    Never been to any of them. I was also told to put in by Mad Dans or something and fish the shallow areas there.
    We are thinking of 4am to maybe 10am. Does that sound ok?
