    I fished middle Eau Claire this weekend

    Ive never fished up there before its pretty cool lake! Very Very clear! I went up there insearch of my first muskie but nothing but one follow two trees and a dock.

    I did happen to find a pile of Large mouth and smallies holding out in the weeds. I could see these fish from a mile away with the clear water but it took a while to get them to bite! We finally tricked them to bite on the Brite Red Nuckle Ball jig and orange craw Super Do..

    We also spent some time chaseing walleyes but only a few little ones for our time. Again Orange core ringworms and orange Nuckle Ball Jigs with some kicking walleye scent made the walleyes snap. All in all it was a lot of fun and I cant wait to go back..

    If your in the area make sure you stop in the Y go By for some great food and drinks!
