Has anybody been fishing the Red Cedar below Menomin lately? I have seen some boats out there a few times, and think I will give it a try on Thursday. Thanks

Seem’s like maybe Pro-Staffer Don Hanson has been out there. How about it Don spill the beans or should I say Walleyes. What time are you planing on being on the water. I could swing by after work with the camera and take a photo or two. Steve

    Hello Guys,
Earlier in the year I was catching and releasing lots of eyes and pike. Most of the eyes are sub legal fish, if you happen into a big female please relealse it. The impact of taking big fish out of this system really hurts it.
If you are looking for action on big fish, grab your medium heavy rod and rig up for carp! I have had great action myself and have had my field staff testing presentations. Two of the best presentations are casting lightweight jigs with Kalin tails or still fishing with Berkley carp bait. The Strawberry flavor works well.
Have fun and I’ll see ya on the water.

Got out this morning and caught a couple small eyes swimming 1/4 oz jigs and 4″ twisters from shore. Carp.. huh? i might have to grab my fly rod and try nymphing for them. Any suggestions on locations for freshwater bonefish? thanks.

Head up to the rapids and skinny water. My field staff also says the carp fishing is better when the water is up. The rain we are getting should help that. When I am out I do see alot of surface action, let us know how you do on the fly rod.
