Clam Lake -by Siren

    I am going to be fihsing on Clam Lake on opener this year and am looking to get into the bass. I have never fished these lakes before but assume that normal early season spots would be a good place to start. I am wondering if anyone has any information that they can provide on if there are any keys to be looking for on these lakes? I will be releasing everything that I catch so no worries there.

    I have ice fished it for pans several times, but never for spring opener. You are aware that the bass opener in the north is June 16th or there abouts, right? At least it opens later on my side of the state.
