Nice catch on both counts!!! Were you drifting or in the shallows??? I used to live in Cambridge and my family still does. My brother-in-law owned Kurt’s until his untimely death a couple of summers ago.

I used to be able to post pics and am having some trouble now, but will get it back down.

Now today it works both times. The guy in the back took over the bar and it is now Fritzies (misspell). I am going to try to put another buddy that fishes the Rock quite a bit with his muskie from last Thursday up here in Minocqua.

    Mr. Bauer:

To remind you of the story with that picture, as you might remember Joe needed to take “control at the hole”. Taking “control at the hole”, a very dark green muskie coming through the hole seemed to appear to Joe to be a walleye that he felt he could lip land. Upon cutting the “[censored]” out of his finger(s) and letting go the fish fell back into the hole tail first and disappeared. Suddenly as Joe sat peering down the hole that muskie shot itself out of the hole like it was shot by a cannon, apparently not making it out of the hole’s before several powerful tail swipes, it came shooting out of the hole and landed in Joe’s arms. Wished you could have been there for that one!!! God, did we laugh at that deal!!! Here’s a picture of his first fish of that trip, hopefull this one will come through.
